Is Accanto a medical device?
No. Accanto is an organizational support tool. It does not replace your doctor or any qualified medical advice.
How much does it cost?
During the beta phase it is free. We have not defined future plans yet — our goal is to stay accessible to families.
Who can see my data?
Only the people you invite into the care circle, according to the roles you assign. No Accanto administrator accesses the content you enter.
Can I install Accanto on my own server?
Yes. Accanto is designed to be self-hosted, so data stays physically in your environment.
Is the AI mandatory?
No. It is optional and off by default. When on, it can be connected to a local model to keep data inside your environment.
How do I export my data?
You can request a full data export from your personal area at any time.
Which languages are supported?
Italian, English and Spanish. More languages will follow based on requests.
