• App version (visible in Account → About or on the login screen).

I forgot my password

Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and follow the email instructions. The reset link is time-limited.

What is a "care circle"?

A shared space dedicated to the person you care for. You are the admin and can invite other people (family, caregivers) with a role each. All members see the same content, in sync.

Can I export my data?

Yes. The Account section of the app offers a complete export of your content (timeline, documents, doctor questions, care circles) in a structured, machine-readable format, as required by GDPR art. 20 (right to portability).

How do I delete my account?

Account → Delete account in the app. We remove your data from active systems within 30 days, and from cyclic backups within an additional 60 days. See the Privacy notice.

I'm not receiving push notifications

Check, in order: 1) Accanto has the notification permission in the OS settings; 2) Do Not Disturb / Focus modes are not blocking it; 3) you have network connectivity. Signing out and back in renegotiates the push token.

Is Accanto a medical device?

No. It is an organizational support tool for caregivers. It does not provide diagnosis or clinical advice and does not replace professional medical opinion. In case of emergency call 112 (EU) or your local emergency number.
