Your data, your rules

Accanto handles sensitive information about the health of the person you care for. That is why we chose a "privacy by design" approach from day one.

What we collect

• The information you enter (notes, symptoms, documents, contacts).
• The data strictly required for the account to work (email, password hash, essential logs).

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not run advertising profiling.
• We do not embed third-party trackers for commercial purposes.

Self-hosting

Accanto can be installed on your own server. In that case the data stays physically in your environment. AI mode is optional and can be connected to a local model (for example via Ollama).

Your rights

You can export your data or request deletion at any time from your personal area. For specific requests reach us via the contact page.

Security

Passwords are stored only as hashes. Sessions are signed and revocable. Connections use HTTPS. We work to keep the attack surface small and well watched.
